I AM A BEGINNER. I HAVE NEVER DONE MUAY THAI/ LIFTED ANY WEIGHTS. CAN I COME FOR YOUR CLASSES?

Yes! For Muay Thai, all beginners will be guided separately during their first few classes. For the Strength and Conditioning classes, our trainers will adjust the exercises according to your individual fitness level.

I AM NOT IN THE BEST PHYSICAL SHAPE, CAN I STILL JOIN?

Yes! Our classes are for everyone and our goal is to help you improve and get better each day. Your job is to turn up and our job is to motivate and bring the best out of you.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/ BRING ON MY FIRST CLASS?

Do dress in comfortable workout clothes such as a t-shirt, shorts, and leggings. Bring along a water bottle. If you have hand wraps/ boxing gloves/ shin pads, do bring them along. If you are new to Muay Thai, you can use the gym’s equipment for now. Muay Thai hand wraps and gloves are available for purchase at the gym too! For Strength and Conditioning classes, you will need to wear workout shoes.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I STILL JOIN?

Yes, you can! Just make sure you’ve got clearance from your doctor and talk to the coaches about your injury/ medical condition before class.
